You can start deletion of your account and associated data from inside the iLingo app. This public page never accepts passwords or sign-in codes and cannot delete an account without an authenticated session.
A deletion reason and permission to contact you are optional and do not affect the request. Once accepted, account access is revoked and you are signed out while the server safely finishes erasing data in the background.
It covers your account, profile, learning progress, vocabulary, and associated data controlled by iLingo as described in the Privacy Policy. Limited records required by law or financial obligations may remain for the approved retention period and stay restricted to that purpose.
Deleting your iLingo account does not automatically cancel Apple or Google subscription renewal. Cancel renewal in the store subscription settings if active; cancellation is not a condition for accepting account deletion.
Email support@ilingo.app from the account email and request deletion. We will verify identity using the minimum information necessary. Never send a password or one-time verification code.
